2019 First-Generation College Celebration
The University of Wisconsin-Superior is celebrating National First-Generation College Celebration day for the second year on campus with a reception and speakers on Friday, November 8, in the Yellowjacket Union Great Room C from 2:30-4:30pm.
Government representatives, as well as campus and student speakers, will be present alongside campus TRIO programs, to help celebrate our first generation students. UW-Superior has a long history of supporting first-generation students, with currently half of the traditional undergraduates identify as first-generation college students.
