2021 First-Generation College Celebration
Wayne State's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences will distribute First-Gen Proud decals to faculty, advisors and staff and ask them to share their first-gen stories on social media. Wayne State is located in the heart of Detroit and serves many first-gen students from underserved backgrounds. We want our faculty to share their higher ed story and show our students what's possible through hard work and determination.
